Brightlife Recovery & Shared Living provides structured, supportive housing for individuals committed to recovery, stability, and personal growth.

Completing this application is the first step in determining eligibility for Brightlife housing.  

Who Should Apply

You may be a good fit for Brightlife if you:

• Are committed to maintaining sobriety
• Are willing to follow house rules and program      expectations
• Can participate in recovery-oriented services
• Are open to accountability and structure
• Have a referral from treatment, probation, parole, or a      provider (when applicable)

Accepted payment methods (after approval):

• Money Order
• Cashier’s Check
• Approved Third-Party Funding (DMR, SOR, court-ordered      placements, etc.)

Do not send payment unless instructed by Brightlife staff.

Application fees (if applicable) are discussed after review and approval.

• If you have charges pending
• if you are      incarcerated, in prison, or jail 
• If you are, have      ever been on probation or parole.
• Incomplete applications will not be processed     until all sections are finished.

Once we receive both forms, Brightlife will review your application and contact you regarding next steps for screening and possible placement.
